About MicroWeldPro: Process-First Micro Welding, Four Lines Under One Supplier

MicroWeldPro brings laser, pulse arc / micro TIG, resistance spot and laser marking together under one supplier, so buyers pick the process that fits the joint instead of adapting to whichever machine a single-process shop happens to sell.

  • Process-first selection
  • Four processes covered
  • Free weld sample evaluation
  • Engineer-to-engineer support

How we operate

Four operating principles

The rules the account runs on. Verifiable positions, not scale claims.

Selection

Process-first selection

The recommendation starts from the joint: material, thickness, filler need, cycle volume. A single-process shop has inventory pressure that steers the answer before the joint is even examined; a four-process account does not carry the same pressure and can name the process that actually fits.

Evaluation

Free weld sample before quoting

A physical weld on the customer's own material is the only test that survives contact with production. Paper specs and video demos rarely do. Sample-first evaluation is how a wrong-tool recommendation gets caught before the crate ever ships.

Coverage

Four processes, one account

Laser, pulse arc / micro TIG, resistance spot and laser marking route through the same supplier. Buyers avoid switching vendors when the next application needs a different process, and cross-process comparison happens at the recommendation stage rather than after installation.

Delivery

Engineer through parameter lock-down

The machine arrives with parameters tuned to the customer's own production sample. An application engineer stays on the account until the operator is producing repeatable welds. Handing over a crate is a shipping event; delivery is a production event.

Boundaries

What we don't do

Reading the boundaries of a supplier tells you more than the marketing page does. Six items that stay off the table.

Fit over fill

We don't push a machine that doesn't fit the joint

If sample evaluation shows a different process, or even a different vendor, is a better fit, that answer comes back at scoping. Turning an order away beats shipping the wrong tool and watching it come back as a support ticket.

Verifiable only

We don't lead with scale numbers

Customer counts, country coverage claims and business-tenure claims do not appear on this page. Positions and methods can be verified in a scoping call; scale claims made without an audit trail cannot.

Honest framing

We don't claim certifications we do not hold

Third-party industry frameworks (RWMA electrode class taxonomy, ISO 14175 shielding-gas classification, AWS D17.1 titanium colour reference) are cited on the technical pages as public standards, never as our own accreditation.

Plain names

We don't use marketing tier language on the machines

Grade labels that sort a catalogue by tier hide the process-fit question rather than answer it. Machines are described by what process they run and what joint they suit, not by ambiguous rank.

Test before quote

We don't ship without evaluation when the part suggests risk

Reactive material, dissimilar-metal joints and unfamiliar coating combinations all trigger a sample test before quotation. A machine that arrives before that test is a machine designed to be returned.

No cross-sell

We don't sub in the wrong process to close the deal

If the joint suits pulse arc, the laser welder does not appear on the quote for margin reasons. Cross-line steering breaks the process-first commitment; it stays off the account.

Coverage

Four process lines plus consumables

Different joint families and volumes across four process lines. Consumables and spares route through the same account, so the operator restocks through the same channel that shipped the machine. Carrying four lines rather than one is what makes the sample-first workflow meaningful: the answer sometimes comes back as a process the customer did not walk in asking for.

How to reach us

Direct

Direct channels

Email sales@microweldpro.com or WhatsApp +86 15327155363. Whichever channel gets a faster answer from your end is the one to use — both reach the same team, and the reply comes from the person who will handle the account, not a triage inbox.

Programs

Programs and next steps

For regional dealer applications, see Become a Dealer. For OEM and private-label work, see Custom / OEM / Private Label. For after-sale support and parameter revisit requests, see Support. A first message with the material, part role and rough volume gives the team enough context to route the reply properly.
